Answers:
A nice fresh piece of salmon fillet, not the cutlet!. Sprinkle with a few chilli flakes and cook on the solid plate of your bbq!. I usually toss on some fresh asparagus that has been coated in a little olive oil and chopped rosemary on the plate at the same time!. Couple of minutes each side and left to rest on a plate loosely covered in foil for a few mins!. Serve with a salad of mixed lettuce (use lots of different coloured ones), red capsicum, grape tomatoes, very finely sliced red onion, crumbled greek fetta and a couple of kalamata olives thrown in with some avacado on top!. My family loves this and so do i as the whole thing tastes great and only takes me 15 minutes from start to finish, also very little washing up :)

I also make my own salad dressing which is made up of Extra virgin olive oil, little bit of sesame oil, good quality balsamic vinegar, (An authentic brand) sweet chilli sauce (makes it thicker and takes off the sharp edge), crush a little garlic and put that in, cut a red chilli longways in half and very finely slice it up and put that in (don't use birdseye as its too hot and leave out the seeds) put all these things into a large jar or wide neck bottle and shake it up!. will keep for weeks in the fridge, will separate but just let it come back to room temp and shake again and it will come back together!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

nothing beats a delicious stir fry, that can be kept for lunch and potentially dinner the next day!. you can make the choice, using beef, chicken, shrimp or tofu, and a wide range of veggies!. served over some steamed rice and a light teryaki ginger sauce!. give it a try!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Umm I love a good roast, always yummy :)

also, fruit salads are delicious, and Grande Parisien Salad is SO good!. It has balsamic vinagrette, cranberries, feta cheese and sliced sweet almonds!.
