How can I train myself to take chili and spicy food in general?!
I find that I cannot take much spicy food at all, which can prove to be very inconvenient at times!. There is bound to be some sort of method to "train" my tongue to be able to tolerate a reasonable level of spiciness in terms of food!. Start with small amounts of chili powder in say a pot of beans, and go up from there, later introducing Cayenne powder!. Or you can eat out once a week at a mexican food restaurant, ask for mild the first few times, then start ordering medium spiciness, then move up to the hot!. You can also do this at Asian style restaurants!.

I also tried to "train" myself to eat hot and spicy food!. My body bulked at me!. I would get terribly ill from forcing myself to eat hot and spicy food!. Follow what your body tells you!. It does not want it!. I quit trying!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
