Where is the egg in an egg roll ?!

Actually there IS cooked egg!.
a) The egg is just whisked before it's cooked, so it sort of looks like scrambled eggs!. The egg is then cut into strips and stuck into the roll!.

well the egg in eggroll is like a selent when you cook a egg roll you wrap it with a flat thin dough then you dip it in egg then you fry it that's why they call it a egg roll because traditionally you dip the wrap and contents in egg before you fry it but most of the time people don't dip it in egg but that is traditional egg roll's
