the only exception is fruit juice!. Disregarding how many you drink only one counts due to the lack of fibreWww@FoodAQ@Com

The official guidance is No!.

Variety is the key to a healthy diet!. However, I'm sure it's better to eat two apples one day and two bananas the next, rather than just one of each!.

Think back to hunter-gatherer days - they ate what they caught/found - although this lack of variety was one of the factors that contributed to their shorter life-span!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think you can!

Isn't the idea of eating five varieties to get the benefits of the vitamins, minerals etc of the different types!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely! I see no reason why not!. It's 5 servings of fruits or vegetables and if you have a favorite fruit, have it as many times as you desire!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
