Does Leftover Cheese Pizza Have To Be Refrigerated?!

Question: Does Leftover Cheese Pizza Have To Be Refrigerated!?
If not, how long can you leave it out!? I hate to refrigerate them because no matter how well you wrap it, it stinks up the fridge!. It's just cheese, no meat or veggies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd put it in a flat, wide, tupperware container, but to answer your question, once food is out of the oven, bacteria starts to form approximately 20 minutes after it's below the optimum serving temperature!. So, yes, it needs to be refrigerated or you're asking for food poisoning!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can leave it out over night but that is it i usual put my pizza inside the microwave cover up so nothing can get on it like a fly or something to be on the safe side but if you were going to put it inside the fridge only 1 day at the maxs other than that your pizza would dry out in taste like crap

so who ever gave me a thumbs down you don't even know what you are talking about i do it all the time i am not dead yet i can tell you this much
