Deli shaved beef looks shimmery and rainbow tinted?!

Question: Deli shaved beef looks shimmery and rainbow tinted!?
Picked up some deli shaved beef, heated it in foil in the oven, then used it for french dip sandwiches!. I noticed while making the sandwiches that parts of the beef looked shimmery and rainbow tinted, sort of like spilled oil in a parking lot!.!.!.or fish scales!. I was worried about eating it, but my husband said that he has seen beef look like that before and it's just fine!. So I ate a sandwich, but am still worried about it (due to pregnancy especially)!. Does anyone know why our beef looked like this!? Should I be worried about what I've eaten!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you're not sick or dead yet youll probably die in a few hours!.!.!.

haha!. JK! dont worry about it you're fine!. the shimmer and reflection is from the naturally occuring fat in the meat!. it becomes more visable when the meat is heated!.

once again, you're fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its just oil from the beef, you and your baby should be fine, congratulations by the way :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
