The Eatwell Plate (Food Standards Agency) identifies the following groups:
Fruit and Vegetables (5 portions a day)
Meat, Fish, Eggs, Beans (eat 2 to 3 times a day)
Foods and drinks high in fat and/or sugar
Milk and dairy products (2 to 3 servings per day)
Bread, rice potatoes, pasta (with every meal and as snacks)
