Expired honey?...............?!
The expiration date was May 2, 2009!. Do you think I'll have any adverse effects since it is store-bought honey and only 29 days past!?

Honey does not go bad!.
Even if it crystallizes, all you need to do is sit it in a dish of hot water for a minute or two, or zap in the micro for a few seconds!.
The date is added to comply with laws that require all foodstuffs have an "expiration" date!. It doesn't mean the product is no longer edible!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honey will not go bad unless it has added ingredients!. Natural honey will never "go bad" just harden in cold weather!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
