On Iron Chef America, Morimoto made the most beautiful roll that they show on promos!. Where can I find a picture and/or information on it!?
I wish I had more to go on but I'm hoping someone can help!.
It was a square roll in the middle of a plate of a red or purple sauce!.

i believe it was called something along the lines of stained glass window sushi or cathedral, it was amazing!. and very very hard to duplicate!.
