Can you grill with wooden kabobs?!


Question: Can you grill with wooden kabobs!?
i bought a pack of wooden kabobs a while back, but then i got to thinking, would they catch on fire!. are they not for grilling, but to put the already grilled from a metal kabob onto them to have more kabobs!? this sounds stupid but i gotta ask/thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I grill with wood sticks all the time!. Just let them soak in a water bath for an hour before you use them!. They'll blacken, but won't burn!. I've been doing it for years!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can use wooden kabobs for grilling!. you just need to soak them in water before you put them on the grill so they won't catch on fire!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wood will always burn when dry however as others mentioned soak them in water; and you should be good to go as long as they do not go dry again before you put them on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
