Why is breakfest so important?!
i have 2 biscuits, Chocolate milk and an apple or banana every morning at school!.

First, it breaks a fast because you hanve't eaten since the day before!. also, it boost your metabolism!. The sooner you eat in the morning, the sooner your metabolism will start to work!. also, it keeps you from binge eating!. When you skip breakfast, studies show that you eat more throughout the rest of the day then you would if you had breakfast!. its break-fast! and its exactly that!.!.!.you are breaking your fast!.!.!.after you sleep for 8 hours you need to eat somethign to BREAK the fast!.!.!.you are fasting when you sleep!. the food or breakfast is fuel for the brain!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
