If you are to add sugar, add brown instead of white!. I wouldn't add sugar, too much can ruin the good saltiness! My secret addition to mellow out by chili is beer!. Start with a little bit, maybe a half can, and add as much as you want!. Sounds weird, but try it!. I also like to add some A1 sauce to my chili!. If it gets too empowering, don't be afraid to add a little water!. (But beer is better!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most chili recipes don't call for tomato sauce at all!. Just a little diced tomato (or sometimes none at all)!. It may be time to let go of your old recipe and find new favorites!.

There are so many different styles of chili recipes, I wouldn't know where to begin to choose one to post for you!. Check out the chili recipes at http://www!.foodnetwork!.com and pick one that appeals to you !.Www@FoodAQ@Com
