I have a science question about jello?!
Is jello a solid or a liquid!? If it isn't either than what is it classified under!.!.!. Sorry this question has just been bothering me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jello is a brand name for products made from gelatin!. Gelatin used is primarily sourced from animal body parts such as the tendons in hoofs of cattle, pigs and sheep!.
I believe their are also vegetable sources for gelatin but more expensive to produce so you won't find them in branded Jello!.
Gelatin can be produced in a dry powdered form!. When water is added it sets up and become the wiggly stuff that is more solidified!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
