Answers:
While everyone has there opinion, I am a former chef and self crowned "Chilihead", I use a bottle of Jamaican hot sauce a week, I want to correct some of the misinformation, first of all they cannot cause ulcers and there is no reason to omit them unless you have gastric issues, the seeds and veins in fresh peppers are the hottest parts, the facts about the vitamins, other health benefit and helping speed up your system are true, plus they are full of antioxidants as stated, they use the extracts in liniments and you can buy concentrate cayenne pill for people with heart conditions!.

I have worked in Asia, Jamaica, Japan and travelled around, I have had some of the hottest fresh and dried peppers, in London England I had a curry called "Phall" a combo of 12 of the hottest peppers in a curry dish that you have to sign a waiver to be served!. I am over 50 and do have some arthritic problems but no problems with my stomach, and continue to load my food with as much as I can, the only food I do not use them on or in is my morning oatmeal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
