Web sites for kids with allergies?!

We knew my one year old had a severe milk allergy (forget eating anything made with milk/yogurt/cheese, my son drank milk and then kissed the top of her forehead and she immediately broke out in a red welt in the shape of his kiss)!. We also knew she was allergic to other things, but were having a hard time pinpointing it, so we did the allergy test two weeks ago after a bite of oatmeal (stirred with the same spoon as my eggs) caused her eyes to swell shut and almost stopped her breathing)!. She's off the charts allergic to cow's milk, egg white, peanuts, almonds, and cashews!. She is less allergic to (develops a rash but her throat doesn't immediately close) wheat, tomato, and soy!. Unfortunately, she only has 4 teeth still, so that makes her meat, veggie, and fruit diet hard to swallow (I keep steaming everything and cutting up tiny bits)!.

Any one have good websites with recipes for allergic kids or lists of products that do/don't have allergens (eg!. someone else who's read all the labels to tell me which brand of vegetable soup doesn't use milk as a thickener)!. I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed, I don't want to put her in a bubble!. My son eats literally everything from curries to sushi and so I don't know how to provide variety for my daughter!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
