Is it safe to eat pork medium rare?!


Question: Is it safe to eat pork medium rare!?
I recently saw a clip from a cooking show where pork tenderloin was served up medium rare (if I heard correctly)!. I thought eating pork was only safe to eat if it's fully cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Looks like nobody is going to give a straight answer!. Trichenosis (maybe mispelled) hasn't been an issue since the 70's!. I eat pork tenderloin rare-med rare!. Never had an issue at all!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
