Believe it or not, there are human testers at the plants that make those mixes!. It wont hurt humans, but the quality of ingredients is way beneath what humans will eat - which is why it is always ground up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you talking about canned or dry!? I've tried dry and it does taste like chalk and sand!. I've never tried canned but it smells like it would be edible, maybe a little like beef jerky if it was mushy and cubed!. But I dont know who tastes the dog food other than the dogs themselves!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i have never and never had the desire to taste dogfood but my daughter has i don`t remember the brand but it had variuos meats in it and she said it was good but i got on her case and told her not to be trying the dogfood agian!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
