ehh i wouldn't say that carbs make you fat lol because there are good carbs as well!
- the carbs that will make you gain weigt are like potatoes, rice!.!.!. which are heavyer!. (however, just eat these in moderation!.)

But your thinking is wrong!. Any food can make you fat!. You gain weight when you eat more calories than your body burns!. The amount of calories your body burns has to do with your body type, age, and activity level!.

The low carb diet works by depriving your body of it's primary energy source: carbs!. Your body then goes into a starvation mode and starts to burn your fat reserves as energy!. Some studies have said it is safe, and ohers have said it isn't!. I wouldn't recommend going on a low carb diet because you arn't learning healthy eating habits for after the diet!. You need to lose weight by eating a heathly balance of meats, vegetables, and carbs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
