What are some guiltless foods?!

I know you said friut and veg are a given, but you've not got much beyond that!.!.!.!.
The veg that you can't eat freely because of the number of calories are potatoes, peas, sweetcorn (baby corn is fine tho) and parsnips!.
The only fruit that can be eaten freely is rhubarb - the rest all have countable calories in them!.
Obviously, I'm not suggesting you cut the amount of fruit and veg you have tho - if you're going to eat, there are other foods that will wreck the diet quicker!!
How about making a homemade vegetable soup - use stock, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower - any 'free' veg - then you can have as much of this as you like!Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's all about balance!. chocolate can be healthy if you balance it towards your other food!.
If you have already eaten a lot of vegetables, oil will be healthy f!.ex!. on a salad!. you need fat every day to get some vitamnins!.
