My manager picks on me?!
one of my managers for some reason always picks on me and me only!. i try to be nice to him but he gives me blunt answers and starts conversations with other people!. he would always ask me to check the restaurant and tell me off when evryone else is standing around doing nothing!. he basically got me to do everyones job!. i got sick of it so i told my restaurant manager but he happens to be very good friends with that manager and even tho he has no problem with me, insisted the manager was fair!. so i reported it to the area manager who also happened to be friends with the both of them and they disregarded my complaint!. then my rest manager and other manager yelled at me for complaining about something so ridiculous!. now they're both treating my like crap!.
ive been working there for 2 yrs, now i hate it there so much i want to quit!. all the team members are great tho, im friends with them all
what can i do
trust me, sitting down and talking with him is not gonna work!. he'll just blow me off and say he's busy or just ignore me completelyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Well, this is a serious problem, yet tough!. If all the managers are friends, that makes it nearly impossible!. Convince the others into informing then you have been doing a lot!. Then, have one of the other employees say to the boss like, "Hey, are you making(your name here) do all the work and you don't realize it!?" Then have all the others come in and agree!. It might pressure him to respect you and pay attention to the others, or maybe he just doesn't get enough sleep!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
punch the heck out of him and quit then meet him after wards then kick his *** again with some friends and say who's your daddy now! Try to dis me at work!?! , whats your problem man!?!?!!?! Im sorry i just got to mad to be serious!!! ugh

Start documenting everything, get witness statements if you can and raise an official grievance!!!
