Why do u need to put so much sugar and butter in a cake?!
isnt the flour the main ingredients with the egg!? yes u have to put sugar and butter too but its always so much like same as flourWww@FoodAQ@Com

cake without sugar is bread, and butter lightens the cake, as well as egg!. And butter tastes nice too!.

Because sugar attracts and retains moisture and it is a flavor homogenizer and makes the entire cake taste the same!. And you need the butter for flavor and it retains moisture!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
