Question: What would be the best snack orange or pb@j sandwich?
Answers:

Best in what way? It rather depends what your body needs at the time.

An orange will be low-calorie and refreshing, and provide vitamins, but it won't give you that much energy or fill you up (in fact, an orange on an empty stomach would give ME indigestion and make me feel hungrier).

A pbj sandwich gives slow-release energy which will kepp you going, and a fibre and protein boost to help you feel full. It is higher-calorie, but you get more benefits (except for the vitamins).

Personally, I'd choose a small peanut butter sandwich (no jelly) and half an orange...



The orange is more refreshing, has less fat and calories, and has more vitamins.



it really depends on who u r feeding.
if it is kids, i would say pb & j! they love that!
and for most any other age or kids with allergies, orange.



An orange would be a smarter/healthier choice, while a pb&j would just make a delicious snack!



I would prefer the PB&J as it has more nutrition.
