the oatmeal might be the flavoured type with sugar, high fructose corn syrup and flavourings. If it is, then I'd go for CHeerios- they are less heavy than oatmeal.
If the oatmeal is the one ingredient type- ie, just oatmeal, then go for that.
Oatmeal. Oatmeal is less processed than cheerios.
Mr. Turtle is right. Unless you're eating the flavored instant oat meals that are full of sugar and preservatives.
