Answers:

of course you can that much! Some ppl eat more than tat and their in great health!

If you eat a balanced diet including fruits, vegetables, and whole grain, eating a tiny bit of candy won't hurt. But remember candies have a lot of calories, so go easy on those. If you have sweet tooth like me, then try eating dark chocolate with 80-90% of cocoa. Chocolate is good for you as long as they don't have any added sugar. And, make sure to read the level for calories.

>Sure it is ok, as long as you don't make it excessive amounts. Sugar is mainly just pure calories and of course, it places pressure on the pancreas and liver which have to get rid of it one way or the other.

Well if you wanna gain weight eat as much as candy you want.. But if you wanna lose or maintain, then you can just have a bit of it..

if you're gaining weight eat the one that have more calories.
if you're losing weight eat the one with less calories.

No food is ever off limits, moderation is key.

Yes, that is fine..

be careful not not to have chocolate
chocolate is an Aztec food, and causes heartburn

Dang fattie my cheerleading coach would kill me if I ate all that.
