I can't eat much in the morning, after I wake up?!
What should I do?

If you don't have an eating disorder or weight problems, then just do what your body feels. If you're hungry, eat, and if you're not, then don't eat. The important thing is that you're healthy.. what time your body feels hungry is up to your body, and every person is different.
try eating fruits in the morning, or anything light like crackers/cereal so you have something in your stomach. Your stomach may not be used to receiving a lot of food in the morning.. or try drinking a glass of water before eating, i'm not sure if this is true but I believe that it wakes up my taste buds. I also have a hard time eating when I wake up so that's what I do.
Don't worry everyone is different like there opinion. If you want to eat much in the morning so you should increase your quantity of food day by day.
I also can't eat or I don't like to eat in the morning after I wake up. I think it is not a big problem. We should eat when we are hungry.
Don't worry, your stomach probably wasn't ready to eat a lot in the morning. Just eat enough and then eat snacks at around 10
Do not stay up all night, if things work as much as possible during the day to complete. Then do more exercise, increased appetite. Health First.
