go to a butcher shop. They will either have it or be able to order you some.
Not all kinds of meat is popular in all regions of the country.
Here in Rochester MN we have many Eastern European people living and when they celebrate their Easter, lamb is traditional so it is available here in butcher shop and up scale grocery stores.
What you should do is visit the UK, London to be precise. Upton Park market in East London is where you can buy lamb or any Tesco, Morrison's or ASDA in the UK.
Here, in London we have professional butchers, that can serve lamb or any poultry according to your standards.
We also have Dalston Market which is in South, West London. When you reach Floodgate Station take bus 67 to Dalston and there you will see the Main Market.
Probably only in the bigger cities.My wife wanted to try a recipe for lamb last year and I looked all over and never found any.I looked in walmart as well as other stores.I live in Arkansas.Lamb is not popular in our area.
No,lamb is called lamb. It's in most grocery stores as well as the meat section of Wal-Mart. Usually will say on the package that it is from Australia.

Just to clarify Lamb = baby sheep, Veal = baby cow. 2 different animals enitirely.
