Hands down, italian. You can't find a bad italian restaurant in Italy no matter how hard you try. Their style of cooking is to use fresh ingredients (not frozen or canned) and simple cooking techniques so you're not cooking the heck out of any vitamins the food has. Think of how popular pizza is or pasta for that matter. They've almost become staples in North American culture now.

France

I'll tell you why. It's not so much about France itself, it is based on my world-wide travel experience. Whenever I go to a new city and I am going out to dinner on the first night, I always find a French restaurant because I know that no matter what, it will be good and it will also be a good indicator as to the quality of the other types of restaurants in the same neighborhood.

i"d hav to say the chiness and indian cusine are my favorite

Italy. The worst meal I ever ate in Italy was still one of the better meals I've had. Serbian food is great, but no match for Italian.
