Do I need to completely start induction over again?!

Question: Do I need to completely start induction over again?
Today I had a salad with romaine lettuce, crumbled bacon, boiled eggs, a few pieces of green pepper, and buttermilk ranch dressing. The dressing had 2g total carbs and 1g sugar. I was told I could not eat that ranch, but it was after the fact. So do I need to start induction all over again for 2 more weeks? What will eating that ranch do to me? Also, I only used half the packet.

I believe that you are a loud so many carbs a day, so just include those carbs as part of your allowable carbs for the day. No don't start all over.

By all means you should force your body to throw up and deny it whatever nutrients it could have gleaned from that salad.

The only carbs I avoid are the ones in white bread, white rice, white pasta....

This is why I think dieting is silly-- All of the "cans" and "can nots", the "shoulds" and "should nots"....

I CHOOSE to eat whole real foods. I CHOOSE to not eat animals and animal products. I CHOOSE to not eat white (enriched) flour, corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, artificial flavors and anything that looks as though it was created in a lab by humans and not in nature by God. I'm thin (six feet 151 pounds) and healthy.

unless you are diabetic, carbs aren't something you need to avoid.. so you don't have to start anything over again.

if you are avoiding carbs for some reason, tell us why.
