The alkaline diet is a fraud. Another 'craze' diet designed to lure innocent, gullible people into spending their money of something that has no, or very little, medical evidence backing it.

Anyway, if you still want to ruin your health with this diet, then apparently it says you should avoid foods such as grains, meat, dairy, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and fungi. Instead, you should eat low-sugar fruits, vegetables, tubers, nuts and legumes. It is basically listing what you should eat in order to have a healthy diet. It has nothing to do with making your body more alkaline, it would seem. Making your body too alkaline would kill you, though.



Raw Foods, Green Foods, Super Foods…what is really Best?
There are truly so many different nutritional products on the market today touting “miracles and fast weight loss”, I can understand why so many people are confused and have wasted tons of money on worthless products and supplements.

I filmed the following video to clear up any confusion and answer any questions you may have about a lot of different nutritional products that are out on the market today…especially all of these “Greens Drinks” that are touted as Super Foods. Are these Greens Drinks really better than real foods?

Eat lots of choclaate. Eat ALOT OF CAKE AND COOKIES make sure each item has atleast 1000 calories at the most you need infinite calories and 100g of fat an hour and lots of computers make sure if you have no food and if you run out eat your computer ur on yahoo answers with. :)



You need to go on the internet or straight to Amazon to search for an Alkaline diet reference book. There is a link of the site listed below which has such a book.
