Question: How long does water keep you feeling full for?

I've heard that water is a good substitute for unhealthy snacks.
I just want to know roughly how long it keeps you feeling full up for?

Then pee alot about an hour later...

It doesn't keep me full for very long. Maybe about 20-30 minutes.

well it depends on how much you drink - but be warned if you drink a lot you pee a lot !!
