Representation of Pineapples?!
I'm doing a project on the history and origin of pineapple. Pineapple was originally founded in brazil but was recognized in the caribbean. I have to explain how pineapple represents that culture. Can anyone help me? if you have information can you include the links you used too?
Thank you

I don't know any links other than maybe wikipedia. But here are some pineapple facts i do know. They are a bromeliad, probably the only food we get from bromeliads. The same family of plants that spanish moss belongs to. Pineapple motifs are seen in antebellum southern home archtecture. Back then, giving someone a pineapple was considered quite the exotic gift and usually given at house warming events. The pineapple is native to South America. But the caribbean pineapple was the most widely cultivated for commercial use. In fact, it has been cultivated for so long that it now completely relies on human intervantion for reproduction and no longer produces seeds. I hope I helped a little bit.
If we told you, we'd get the A, and not you.
