What Is The Most Interesting Topping You've Ever Had On A Burger?!

Question: What Is The Most Interesting Topping You've Ever Had On A Burger?
I watched a show on the Travel Channel about burgers and they had all kinds of weird toppings like peanut butter and cream cheese and stuff! There are places that even have over 20 toppings and that's just crazy! What is the most interesting topping you've ever had on a burger that you've actually enjoyed?

Answers:

I went to the place Kuma's in chicago It was on Diners, Drive ins and Dives a while ago, and I think since has been on the travel channel. But they have awesome toppings. We went because I used to live in Chicago. They had a Swine Flu burger that was topped with tortilla chips, pico de gallo and I think carne asada. That was really good. I got one topped with smoked gouda and roasted red peppers (not really that out there, but it was delicious!!) and my friend got his topped with a hot dog lol

They also had a pulled pork sandwich ON a burger.

I've had peanut butter and bacon on top of a burger and it was delicious.

I've also had a "texas burger" that had a fried egg, avocado slices, onion straws, and salsa on it. It was so good I thought I'd died and gone to heaven!!

While in Australia, after 3 days of searching for a burger joint, we finally found a place that served beef (rare in that country). But on the burger they put a beet! That was the weirdest item I've ever had on a burger...and I admit that it tasted ok. Not sure it was my favorite but it was good.

Cat flavoured topping. Tastes wonderful.
