Breakfast: apples & cinnamon oatmeal w/ apple slices (145 cals)
Snack: Lance peanut butter whole grain crackers (180 cals)
Lunch: 1/2 cup Special K low fat granola cereal & silk milk (230 cals)
Snack(??): Cinnamon & spice oatmeal: (170 cals)
Snack: Low Fat Baby Bell Cheese (50 cals)
Dinner: Harvest soup (light) (120 cals)
Dessert: 3 Oreo's (160 cals)
Total: 1,055 calories

Did I do good today?

P.S. I drank water the whole day.

No you didn't, you are starving yourself.

Get some proper fruits and vegetables into your body.



You should be eating at least 1200 as a minimum. Anything under that and you are probably being deficient in some vitamin, mineral, or essential food group. If you're trying to lose weight I would aim for 1500 calories a day and add in 30 minutes of exercise as well. Cutting your calories that low will allow you to lose weight but you can become malnourished and will lose muscle mass as well.

Too many calories unless you exercised. Oatmeal is good, Special K is good but I think you are overeating (but I am assuming you are female)? If you want to be doing something healthy, no Oreos until you are at a healthy weight. Replace with fruit. Replace an oatmeal with fruit or veggies. Make sure your meals and snacks are in a proportionate amount.
