Wow, it would be very dry. if it was wrapped tightly and no air got it, then it wouldn't be TOO bad.
A bit dry and tasteless I would think.
What would happen? You'd wish you'd bought fresh bread and made another one. LIfe is shirt, don't waste any appetite by eating something so cheap and old.
I had a peanut butter jelly sandwich from school that's been left in the fridge for 3 days and taste like crap.
It will be a little nasty I would imagine.
