Yes. Cannibalism affects nothing

Yes even if the person says u can kill them then it's still homicide and not suicide . There was a guy I read about that lived in Germany I think . He found this guy online and they were both gay or had gay tendencies I guess and he did some weird things to him . He tried to bite of the guys dick but that didn't work then he cut it off and had the victim try to eat iit but he wasn't able to but he tried . He gave the victim alot of painkillers and some alcohol before butchering him . He even hung him on a meat hook . He videotaped himself butchering the man . He got caught becuz he was looking online for more willing victims and gave details of the killing and someone was a little nervous about something he said online so his game was over.

Sorry can't remember the name

Yup...its also manslaughter, assault and illegal! So add up the average amount of time for all those crimes and your serving life in prison or more hopefully, a pyscho ward. I hope you don't eat people, or I hope you only eat bad people...like pedo bears and suicide bombers..wouldn't that be wonderful?-the first canniblistic super hero...

I would think it would count as murder. And cannibalism. Not cool.
