I have been eating garlic all of my life ? The problem is that most restaurants do NOT remove the germ in the middle of the clove therefore giving garlic breath.
So I no longer eat dishes with garlic in restaurants, at home I remove the germ/ middle of the garlic and do NOT have garlic breath.
To remove the smell on hands ? Hold a stainless steel utensil in both hands for few second, smell gone.

Some say that eating parsley can take away the odor.
Brushing your teeth with a powerful toothpaste and using a strong mouthwash can help.

Brush your teeth, take a shower, change your clothes, etc.

I don't think you can.

Not eat garlic

thats almost impossible.
Maybe brush your teeth or chew gum after?

Fresh parsley.

Have mint.
