Question: Help! Can i cook this without a microwave and use cooker instead?

So my microwave broke down today and i really want this meal but it only gives instructions of how to cook it in the microwave , so do you think it would be possible to cook it in the oven or a pot without posioning myself lol, its a frozen meal so im not sure????

let it thaw out and put it in the oven on 350 degrees for 10-15 minuets. Keep checking it, since I don't know how much it weighs in order to give better advice.
