None of those three things are bad. Carrageenan is a derivative of algae or seaweed used as a thickening agent, evaporated cane juice is the juice of sugar cane and calcium carbonate is a naturally occuring chemical compound often used as a dietary calcium supplement.
That's a very good question. Carrageenan, evaporated cane juice and calcium carbonate are all natural substances often added into food to help create a food product.
For instance, carrageenan is a sugar-like substance derived from seaweed to help thicken/stabilize the soy milk. Carrageenan is also used in low-fat milk ice cream to help give it the creamier texture. It is a better thickener than using gelatine (which isn't vegetarian b/c it is essentially boiled cartilage from bone).
Evaporated cane juice is reduced cane juice, which is a process where the juice is heated until most of the water evaporated therefore creating a natural sugar syrup.
Calcium carbonate is again another food additive to help increase the dietary calcium in food products (because soy does not naturally contain a high source of calcium). Calcium carbonate is naturally found in egg shells and rocks.

None of those things are BAD. Just because some thing is organic does not mean it is the fountain of youth.
Those things are organic. Organic mena no added chemicals.
being vegan is a choice. Make your own judgment as to whether this fits your lifestyle.
