Why am I craving sweet meat?!

Question: Why am I craving sweet meat?
I have started working out recently and started cutting back on sweets and junk food but recently I want sugar on my meat! I love steak, eggs, pork, you name it. But I want them with splenda. I dont' know y! I started running at least 15 mins a day and walking 15 mins a day. I'm on a 1200 cal diet but only eat my exercise cals up to 1200. Am I missing something in my diet?

You crave foods that contain nutrients that your body needs.

If you start cutting back on foods that contain nutrients you body needs, because some quack nutritionist said so, then your body will crave other foods that contain what your body needs.

It's no different when pregnant women often crave strange and odd combinations of foods, because the body requires different nutrients to help form the changes in the body for that fetus it is building.

Don't eat splenda, it is poison. Use natural cane sugar which comes from the juice of a vegetable, sugar cane.

Keep in mind the same quacks that said butter was not healthy and to use margarine instead, are now saying margarine contains unhealthy hydrogenated oils and to use butter instead. They said stay away from chocolate and that it causes pimples, and now you find chocolate in every health food store and it is supposed to be healthy and full of anti-oxidants.

One decade salt supplements are encouraged, and the next decade everyone is supposed to avoid sodium.

Cutting down on sugar your body needs, has made you crave it on your meat. So just go back to eating what you craved, so you can get the sugar you require. But REAL sugar, not chemical poisons.

Well sugar is designed to mimic fruit, right? So maybe your body is craving something found in fruits. Try eating some fruit and see if that helps. I'm not a nutritionist, so this is just an instinctual guess.
