peanut butter.
vegtables consist of mostly fiber (roughage) which doesn't fully digest, and needs fat to digest the good parts. peanut butter is partially broken down during the blending and emulsifying processes, plus it consists of fats and proteins which are easier for the body to break down and digest when consmed together. so a salad with full fat dressing or a celery stick with peanut butter will digest faster than a carrot stick plain.

nutrition classes,so boring

vegetables for sure.

Depends on the fibre content though. SOme vegetables are very fibrous- celery, cabbage and so on.
THey will pass through easily, but you may feel them- they produce more gas and bloating, as the fibres can't be broken down beyond a certain point. If they're pureed like in a soup, then the fibres are broken down.

Peanut butter is pure fat, and the body digests fat more slowly than any other food.
PEanut butter is heavy too- so it sits inside you slowly being broken up, it can cause heartburn becuase the fat block is just a lump inside your stomach.

Vegetables are full of water. Tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, the water inside them helps your body enormously. Vegetables pass through you quickly, providing you are not massively constipated.
Your body digests them esily, because they are mostly water, and they are considered fresh food- with more vitamins and minerals- these in turn help your digestion.

Imangine getting peanut butter all over your hands, and how hard it is to get off without hot water and soap.
Now imagine putting chopped up broccoli on your hands- no resistance, it slips right off.

its gotobe the peanut butter its already been mashed up?.
