What are foods that DON'T make you have to poop later?!


Question: What are foods that DON'T make you have to poop later?
I know all foods do eventually, but what are some that make you not have to go as badly or as much? I have a very important lecture I'm going to tomorrow, and it will last like six hours :/ And I REALLY would prefer not to miss any of it. Please help!

Since fiber makes you go more/faster, I guess I would say any foods that lack fiber - mostly protein-based foods like meat and dairy.

Try not to eat so much today. And definitely take it easy on the fiber (like easy on the bread, apples, cereal) - all the stuff that cleans you out or bulks it up. Maybe some soup? No crackers! Get up early that morning and have a stiff couple cups of coffee and try to go before you - go.

How I adore you for giving me a chuckle! I hope your lecture is all that you anticipate it will be!



Take an enema before you put the light out. Have a light breakfast of tea and toast. Take a couple of energy bars with you and some water.

No lecture goes on for 6 hours straight. There has to be an intermission. You'll do fine.

Just fast and don't eat anything solid, just liquids!!



What goes in must come out...fruits and high fiber items move faster and caffeine will move anything through faster.
