what does self catered mean?!

You have to buy all your own food and cook it, or starve.

At a hotel it would mean that your room would have a basic kitchen with tools to cook, but you have to provide the food and do the cooking.

Would be nice if you went to a self catered hotel and they gave you food , but unfortunately they don't , get down the shop and get cooking!

It is up to you to provide the food...fully prepared. You can cook it yourself or call for outside catering.

Self catered means that you prepare the food yourself.

Food prepared by a person named "self" !!!

self catering means you just get facilites to cook. you have to buy your own food.
