Cereal, good or bad...........?!

Question: Cereal, good or bad...........?
Delicious yes. Nutritious not so much. No matter how much whole grain a cereal has, it really is not anything near a balanced meal as far as nutrition goes. But it is what most people eat for breakfast. It's easy. It's better for you than poptarts though right? The answer is yes. Cereal without milk doesn't taste very good. Although some may say it is, it's not a very good snack, and it makes you thirsty. How should we start our day if not with grain, ground up and turned into a dough, then baked and topped with artificial flavors, sugar, and preservatives; and then soaked in the juice procured from the udder of a cow? How I ask you?

Answers:

i liked cereal very much but i sorta know when i dont need it anymore feeling of eating something else like egg and bacon maybe. within a few days i want to eat ceral again. just follow your heart, it tell you what to do best

cereal is a nice, easy, quick breakfast to have in the cupboard, definitely not an everyday breaky but its not a very healthy thing to eat every day for breakfast, i would recommend egg on toast, or fruit and yogurt, have cereal once a week if your on a diet. hope this helps! <33

Lol, your right so many cereals out there are actually a terrible way to start the day, full of sugar and some even contain lots of trans fats, however ones like alpen no added sugar museli and shredded wheat are delicious AND nurticious!! especially with chopped banana or strawberrys or blueberrys or something :) yummy xxx

It depends on what cereal u eat
there's some cereal like plain shredded wheat and bran, and those r the only ingredients
oatmeal would be considered a hot cereal and it is minimally processed so long as you get the old fashioned or steel cut variety

For breakfast I normally have pasta with fruit.

good
