What are some good vegetarian meals?!
Answers:
A huge stick-in-anything-you-like SALAD. Tossed in the biggest salad bowl you own with a killer vinegrette made of three spoons oil to one vinegar mixed with a spoon of Dijon mustard, pinch of sugar, a finely chopped shallot or small onion, garlic, rubbed herbes de Provence and milled pepper to taste.
Some of the "extras" you can add to the basic salad (green leaves, shredded white cabbage, baby spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, red and yellow peppers, etc.) are:
canned sweet corn
cheese cubes
bacon bits or ham
walnuts, pine nuts, peanuts dry-fried in a frying pan
croutons or small cubes of french toast.
Well, you get the idea... Anything you fancy really and it can be hot too. I really love a lambs lettuce salad with bacon bits and walnuts straight out of the frying pan! Served with a garlic bread, it is heaven! Low calorie? Not at all! But certainly not "rabbit food" either. LOL!

Veggie Burger! :D
I am not a vegetarian, but gosh, I love em! I had them at school because I didn't like burgers... also, potatoes FTW! They are EPIC. Also, good Caesar salads are nice, especially with ICEBERG lettuce...
Myself, and my picky-eating.
spring rolls (not deep-fried), sweet potatoes, salads, veggie burgers (beware of where you get them), eggplant parmigiana, sushi if you're still eating fish, and lots of colorful fruits.
