My super iron food intake?!


Question: My super iron food intake?
I eat wheat germ, raisins, maple syrup, peanut butter, oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate. Am I getting enough iron ?

I use a cast iron skillet to do all my cooking... my iron count is perfect according to my doctor...
