How do i get myself to like certain veggies and fruits?!

Make a smoothie. You can even add spinach to the smoothie if you want. There must be at least one fruit or vegetable that you like.
you can always hide stuff in other things..
made a homemade pasta sauce with the usual can of tomatoes, can of tomato paste, olive oil, onions, garlic, and italien spice..but you can add steamed carrots=, brocolli, spinach etc to the blender, and blend up the sauce with these vegetables, then you'd never know they are in there..
also make vegetable soups and blend up at the end and you wont know they are there..
make fruit slushies and smoothies out of frozen fruit.. plop them into the blender with yogurt or light ice cream....
Find ways to eat them with something you like. A little cheese on broccoli or put it into a soup you like. Have strawberries with other fruits you like or on top of a dessert. The more you eat them, the more you do get used to them. Your taste does change over the years so you may just need patience (I like tomatoes now which didn't start until age 30...but I can't stand spicy hot anymore!).
slowly ajust yourself to eating those foods by putting little bits of it in your everyday food like strawberrys like u can cut it up and put it in your cereal
