Any good and/or healthy breakfast?!
Answers:
Breakfast is certainly the most important meal of the day and it is essential to start the day right. Oatmeal is probably the best breakfast for the long day ahead because of the following reasons:
1) It is natural and nearly unprocessed.
2) It keeps you full because it is high in satiety index
3) It is packed with protein, fibre and lots of other nutrients which lowers cholesterol
4) It goes well with fruits, so you can have your daily serve of fruits in your breakfast bowl
5) It is easy to prepare.

Hey eating a different breakfast almost everyday of the week is a great way to add colour to your life and a good start for the day!
I lately boil quinoa (5 tablespoons and 1 cup of water) and I sometimes add an egg to the pan while the quinoa cooks. I then season it with some cinammon (that is if I don't add an egg) and add some milk to it (preferably goat's milk!). Try it is really tasty, healthy and cooks in only 6 minutes!
I hope it helped enjoy! :D
p.s. It is really important that you soak the quinoa first for 5 minutes and throw away that water before you add more water in order to boil the grain, that is quinoa must be first washed before cooked.

Just because it is "breakfast" doesn't mean you have to eat traditional morning food!
I work 3rd shift, and I get done at 7 a.m. So I am used to eating any type of food at any time of day.
Have a grilled cheese sandwich, a bagel and cream cheese, or an english muffin pizza (toast it, spread with pizza sauce, top with cheese and pepperoni). Have a burrito, ramen noodles, or last night's dinner reheated. Have a bowl of fruit and some yogurt!
Eat what seems appetizing- time and food shouldn't have ANYTHING to do with each other!
>Great! Here is a breakfast to feast on...
Make buttermilk biscuits fresh outta the oven.
Then make a white sauce gravy with fried pieces of ground breakfast pork.
Make the gravy out of milk and flour and butter and mix the ground pork in it, including drippings.
Then pour gravy over biscuit es and eat
In the mean time, fry up some peppered bacon on the side
Two or three large fresh Grade A eggs fried.
Ice cold orange juice
Now...are you gonna change it today? LOL :)
Scrambled egg on wholewheat toast (marmite optional), with a glass of OJ.
or...
Fruit salad with yoghurt.
or...
English breakfast (but make sure you get all the meat from the local butchers - the bacon will be really thick)
