Question: Question for people who drink a lot of tea: How do you keep your teeth white?
Answers:

drinking tea or coffee with a straw to limit the amount of liquid that actually comes in contact with teeth

.Brush your teeth immediately after eating, especially if eating foods that stain easily, such as berries.

Rub raw strawberries on your teeth, preferably pureed

Eat crunchy foods that require a lot of chewing such as carrots, celery, broccoli and apples. These foods are abrasive and will remove built up plaque, which dulls the appearance of teeth

Dip your toothbrush directly into baking soda and brush. The results are worth the lousy taste.

I use an electric toothbrush with a whitening toothpaste AND a whitening "5 minute" gel. I also use Crest White Strips once a week every 6 months.

Use Crest Whitening Toothpaste if you already did that I have no idea how to help you.
