or with alpro soya milk and honey

fruit salad with yoghurt//ice cream
fruit smoothie

hot chocolate
cheese toasties

toast with peanut butter and jam
with honey/humous/cheese/ham/ butter etc etc

muslie/cereal (i like cornflakes or all bran) with yoghurt/milk

Weetabix with milk and jam

boiled egg and a ppice of buttered toast

Cheerios are a great breakfast.

If you are bored with them, brulee some banana slices (sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize under a broiler or with a kitchen blow torch) and try one of the other varieties like the Honey Nut.

I love blueberries on Cheerios but fresh raspberries and blackberries are good too and the ramped-up addition of berries to your diet is delicious and good for you

Switch out the milk you use. Try Silk Soy Milk which has a nice flavor that goes well with oat (and rice) flavors.

Add a couple of tablespoons of the darkest chocolate chips that you prefer. The anitoxidants are good for you and will release ceratonins in your brain making you feel happy!

I like to serve buttered sourdough toast with Cheerios too

an omelet. use 2 eggs and add any of these that you like:

chopped: onions, bell pepper, tomatoes, different types of cheese, ham, sausage, bacon. i've even chopped up hot dogs and spam :).

bon appétit!

Io ti consiglio di mangiare qualche fetta biscottata con sopra della marmellata al gusto che più preferisci accompagnandole con del latte caldo!;)
