Actual cereals like oatmeal, grits, wheat, etc. The artificial junk like Lucky Charms and Cheerios do not compare.
Crispix and Chex. As long they have melted butter, worcestershire, and spices poured over them and baked for an hour.
Crispix or Cherrios; at least there is some nutritional value along with good taste!
Muesli, granola, flax seed, bran !!!
